Dedham, Massachusetts (December 21, 2022) — Blue Moon Capital Partners and LCB Senior Living have announced the acquisition of Traditions of Dedham senior living community in Dedham, formerly owned by McNeil Properties. LCB, which has managed the property for the better part of a decade, also announced plans for a multimillion-dollar renovation of the property to commence immediately.

“This beloved local community is getting a significant investment and upgrade,” said Ted Doyle, vice president at LCB Senior Living. “Our roots in Dedham are deep, having served its seniors for many, many years. We create environments for residents to rediscover the joys and passions of their lives, while fostering new relationships and wonderful memories. We’re so grateful to the Town of Dedham for its hospitality all these years, and we hope that by refurbishing this amazing resource for local seniors we can continue to return the favor.”

Traditions of Dedham offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Reflections Memory Care. The building features a wide array of common areas, designed to support a close-knit community of individuals engaged in the things they love, trying new experiences and enjoying the company of their neighbors. Nearby are Dedham’s historic town center, many fine restaurants and shopping at Legacy Place.

“There’s magic in beginning this new chapter of life,” said Tish Davies-Verzino, the community’s Executive Director. “We hope to usher in a reinvigorated place for seniors that inspires fresh opportunities.
